During the summer of 2013, Swype proudly joined in partnership with LEGIC Identsystems AG. The Swiss-based company is rightly recognised as one of the leaders in the field of RFID and contactless people identification, supplying hardware, software and services for a complete RFID solution. The LEGIC product portfolio includes transponder chips that support multiple industry standards (LEGIC RF standard, ISO 15693 and ISO 144443 standards).

This technology can be used to authorise multiple applications at 13.56Mhz with a single card. Some of the most common applications for LEGIC contactless products include access control, time and attendance, loyalty, membership and cashless payments. With over 3 million LEGIC readers in use worldwide, their systems are used by over 150 million people every day.

Over 250 partner companies across the globe make up the LEGIC suppliers network. Each company brings to the mix their own expertise, with the common goal of making the everyday lives of people and organisations easier and more secure.
